Welcome to The Balanced Foodie. My name is Marissa.  I am a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher and a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. I have a passion for everything yoga and everything food! I truly believe that happiness come when we find balance in all that we do. This is something that I first learned physically in yoga and that later transcended into almost every aspect of my daily life. When we are balanced; mind, body, spirit and soul, we are able to find all that we are capable of feeling and becoming. We are able to fully accept what this crazy life has to offer.
